Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud support
Our Global Support and Services team are on call to support your Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud. We provide the peace of mind that comes with having enterprise-level supported Ubuntu systems, provided by the Ubuntu experts.
In the event of failure, Canonical support engineers are experienced Linux and open-source experts who can help you resolve your issues and resume normal operations as quickly as possible. In addition, we help your IT team to understand how to prevent issues from recurring, so you don't waste time re-visiting the same old problems. Whether you're having issues with a specific configuration or trying to optimise workloads, our engineers work with users of all levels to get your systems running smoothly and efficiently.
Support options
Depending on where you are with your cloud deployment, there are two support options available: entry-level and site support. Entry-level is for organisations that are considering or just starting to deploy a cloud platform in their environment. It offers support for a small base of machines, with the flexibility to grow this base as you develop your cloud platform.
Enterprise-wide coverage
Site support provides a more economically-flexible option for organisations that have definite cloud deployment plans. It offers support for an unlimited number of physical and virtual machines at a single site. This means that you can commission and decommission machines in your cloud infrastructure without having to worry which remain covered.
Support benefits
For both entry-level and site support, we offer business hours and 24x7 coverage, depending on your business requirements. One of the main benefits of Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud support is the live phone assistance. When you ring our support number, you will speak directly to a technical consultant from our Global Support and Services team. This guarantees that you have immediate access to an expert and don't have to wait to be transferred.
