Download Ubuntu Server 12.10 to get the latest features (including the Folsom release of OpenStack) or stay with Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS for extended support. If you’re a technical user and you’re looking for specific version downloads, go to releases.ubuntu.com.
For the latest features,
choose Ubuntu Server 12.10
Ubuntu 12.10 will be supported for 18 months and includes cutting-edge new features such as the Folsom release of OpenStack.
For long-term support, choose Ubuntu Server 12.04.1 LTS
Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS is a long-term support release, with support guaranteed for five years from April 2012. The OpenStack Folsom release is available via the Ubuntu Cloud Archive.
